Lucky and Stella Marshall have known Shane Norton for eight years. The two have an exotic marriage with more money than they can ever spend. Shane has always earned a living, mostly working at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Vegas. He spends a lot of his time bailing out Lucky and Stella who just don't know how to stay out of trouble. One night they get even more wasted than usual and wrap their car around a telephone pole. They come back into his life as ghosts who show a much better side of themselves than they did while still alive.

The writing duo known as Jamie Craig crafts a unique story. Lucky and Stella were really aggravating while alive. Their drinking and irresponsibility may even aggravate the reader. Shane is the strong, silent type, possibly the glue that has kept the three friends for so long. It's easy for the reader to like him, even to relate to him at losing his friends. They may not have been much, may have used his niceness a little more than we'd want in our relationships but they were his friends. He'd spent most of their relationship fantasizing about more than just a platonic liaison with them. He just hadn't acted on any of it.

This writing duo does a great job crafting this tale into one of those that could give us the willies if we didn't like a little kinkiness in our fiction. Lucky and Stella work harder as ghosts than they ever did while alive to make their relationship with Shane hot. It's twisted fun as they concentrate and focus to make their ghostly apparitions hearable and feelable. The authors have done the spectacular job I've come to expect from anything with the name Jamie Craig on it.
