| Kadesha Walters has everything going well for her in life, except she doesn't have the best of luck when it comes to romance. Then one day she witnesses an accident, and the next thing she knows she's being interviewed down at the local precinct by one of the hottest men she's seen in ages.
Detective Rick Connors takes his job very seriously. In fact, the moment he meets Kadesha Walters he knows he'll do anything to keep her safe, especially when her shop is broken into. From the beginning this story was intense, drawing me as a reader in with the dilemma of the car accident, and Kadesha taking something from the car that she shouldn't have. The plot was fast-paced and well-written, not to mention very energetic when it came to the characters and their involvement with the case to be solved. While the dialogue possessed that little something also, in the way Kadesha and Rick meet and then the way he goes above and beyond his call of duty as a detective. The sex scenes were adventurous and written to show how meeting the right person can happen when you least expect it. What I enjoyed about Kadesha was her ability to deal with the bad situation she was in. Whereas with the hero, I loved his protective instinct and that he would do anything to protect a woman he barely knew. Overall, Lust and Found was a great read that is worth reading and one I would definitely recommend.
