Benito is the leader of a religious group that practices an ancient religion called Macumba. When he meets Jade he knows there is something different about her. He intends to reveal all the secret aspects of his life to Jade and maybe help her find a piece of herself she thought was lost. Benito knows that Jade is not going to accept this new aspect of her life easily and she is a woman who is used to keeping her emotions separate from everything else. Benito must convince her that fate has brought them together for a reason, what that reason is he doesn't know.

This story is awesome and don't expect the same ending that other books have. There is definitely a twist to this tale and the unexpected is around every corner. This is a tale of the paranormal and one woman's quest to clarify her past and give herself a future. Everything that you want in a good book is here, a jealous lover who happens to be a woman, betrayal, deceit, passion, evil spirits and so much more. This story is sure not to bore you and you won't be able to stop until it's done. There is no erotica because the main focus is on the paranormal, but that doesn't detract from the book one bit. For the suspenseful read of a lifetime I highly recommend this book
