Suddenly trapped together in her quarters, the failed air conditioner is not the only thing putting heat in to the room. Orlena has been dreaming about Dareh since she first met him. The man himself is far better, even if he is only scratching an itch. He has been winding her up since she joined the ship, always ready with a comment about her infatuation of him. But her determination not to let his less-than-stellar treatment of her in the past ruin enjoying his total focus now, shows only a little of her strength.

This is a fun little story set in a far off space station, in a far off galaxy. Dareh is not the man she thinks he is -- a different woman every week, and no wishes to settle down. Add the fact that they work together and a relationship is doomed from the start. Dareh's unflappable attitude and laid-back ways cover a possessive and caring man, who is everything Orlena wants. She just has to trust him enough to prove it.
