| A young mother of two five year old twin boys, Kyle and Kevin, Kelly Connors, account executive with Creative Concepts, an advertising agency, hires a man, Cole Bishop, to be her housekeeper after one of a series of housekeepers quits. Kelly had placed an ad in the newspaper for a housekeeper after 10 agencies couldn't help her. She's surprised when Cole applies because he's a man. The only question her boys Kyle and Kevin have when she discusses the possibility of Cole working as their housekeeper is does he play baseball. Kelly hires Cole and the adventure begins.
I loved the characters of Kelly Connors and Cole Bishop. They're both in their 30's, have one failed marriage behind them and love children. They're very real, likable characters. Kelly is a workaholic. Cole is used to getting his own way. Neither of them is looking for a relationship. They're both surprised by their immediate and very sizzling chemistry. There are several supporting characters who play a prominent role as they overlap the story of Kelly and Cole. They are Rachel Baxter, Kelly's secretary, Harold Baxter, Kelly's boss, Michael Babcock, one of Kelly's clients, Darren Gates, Kelly's major client, and Josh and Inez Connors, Kyle and Kevin's paternal grandparents. My favorite of the supporting characters is Rachel Baxter because of her wit. There is a lot of humor to this story. It's a very enjoyable read. I recommend it to everyone.
