Heather Brown has had it up to her eyeballs with being the good-girl-next-door-type. That was fine and dandy when she was in high school. But now, well, she's had just about enough!

Heather shares her sexual dilemma with her best friend, Brenda, who wants to help her. The first thing Heather had to do to make this problem disappear was to get over her attraction for Brenda's brother, Brad. Which wasn't going to be easy. Heather had it bad for Brad for years, and giving him up wasn't what she really wanted to do. But if Heather was going to turn over a new leaf, she had to forget about him all together.

She did have one little tiny problem though. She had no clue what she was doing. How could she all of the sudden turn hot and sexy when she didn't even know where to start? She wasn't even sure how to dress let alone act around men who still thought of her as the plain old Heather. She needed help, and Brenda was more than happy to help her.

But once Brenda started working on changing Heather, Brad was the first person to pop Heather's balloon. He was acting like a big brother. He was a thorn in her side with every new idea she came up with. He refused to help her with this crazy notion of hers, and made his point perfectly clear. She was still a child in his eyes, she was looking for trouble, and she would be way in over her head. Or so he thought.

Heather's plan worked. It worked so well, that from the first time Brad really saw her, he wanted her. But he had to fight that urge. He had to stop Heather before it was too late. Before she got herself in trouble and before someone hurt her.

Does Heather teach Brad a thing or two about being all grown up and how to treat people? Does Brad really help, or was it just his way of teaching Heather a lesson that she'd never forget? Or was Brad the one who learned the lesson?

Man Made Delights is an excellent, fun, fast-paced book. Lisa Renee Jones, in my opinion, couldn't have done better with this story. It's perfect!
