Riley West cannot believe that he has been thrown into the middle of taking care of this Englishwoman. There is something about Iris that draws him closer to her but he promised he would have no one in his life again. How could his sister write those letters and bring someone over for him? In time Riley sees Iris for the lovely woman she is, not only in her beauty but her strength. But he has to rid himself of the ghosts that live with him daily before he can start a life with anyone. Can he overcome his issues and find lasting love with Iris? MAN OF HER DREAMS sweeps the reader straight into the scene. You actually feel the characters emotions. She gives each of them depth. The secondary characters were very likeable and I can understand Gwen’s reasoning but Jed, her husband, was someone that you could instantly dislike even though he has his reasons for what he does. Iris and Riley are two people who have endured so much and find each other at a time that heals them. I absolutely loved these two and found myself cheering for them. Nancy Henderson weaves a story that is not only truly excellent but also cleverly composed. Her words touch the heart and leave a lasting impression. Her talent for storytelling is remarkably fantastic. Her writing is addictive. I didn’t want to put this book down. I wish that I could give it more than five hearts, it really excels! This book is a definite keeper, a must-read!!! Kudos to Ms. Henderson for creating a tremendous masterpiece!
