When he comes across her spying on him, he takes his revenge in a most sensual and erotic manner, leaving Marissa breathless. But when Marissa sees her chance for escape, she turns into the Faerie she is and flies away before Thane learns her identity. Now Thane thinks he has found the perfect woman, and is loath to work with Sam's matchmaker Marissa. Marissa faces a conundrum as her attraction to Sam and Thane continues to intensify. Will she risk bonding with them only to have her heart broken by Thane's callous heart? Or will taking the risk lead to the most supreme happiness of her life? A.O.E.M. Matchmaker is a lighthearted and fun way to spend an afternoon. The concept of the Dichotomy is pretty unusual but makes for a great story and Aubrey Ross really knows how to play up the sensuality inherent in the idea of the Dichotomy. Sam and Thane are as different as night and day, as they are supposed to be, but they are both loving, erotic and anxious to please the woman they love. It's a hoot watching Thane fall under Marissa's spell, just as it is a pleasure watching the calm and controlled Sam be consumed by lust for his matchmaker. Added to the intense love story is an eerie plot involving Marissa's past. Suddenly, her present, past, and future are colliding in a way she never expected. Pick up A.O.E.M Matchmaker and watch the fireworks fly as Marissa discovers that love sometimes comes at a price. This is a quick read that will nonetheless keep you hooked with its engaging characters and fascinating and imaginative paranormal world.
