After learning about her family's history and what it involved. I can understand Chante's unease and fear at what she had learned. But frankly Joshi's arrogance and prejudice against humans was affecting both his judgement and common sense. But even he had to admit that his destiny lay with his mating of Chante. As author Kate Hill expands on this story, you will enjoy the mating heat that erupted between the main characters as well as the story that evolves in to a pretty exciting and, at times, dramatic situation between Chante and Joshi. Chante's strength and humor in dealing with Joshi will make you love her, especially when she called Him "cat Boy." A really good juicy story added with lots of humor where needed.
