| Since the age of eighteen, Memory Wells had been told that she and her three adoptive sisters would find their respective mate and join forces as a united front to protect the world from an evil demon and it all started with a crystal pendant. Many years had past and neither Memory nor her sisters were any closer to starting their profound destiny than they were nearly twenty years before. That was until Memory decided to up and walk away from her very successful business in order to rediscover what was once lost – herself. What Memory didn’t expect to find while on her across the country road trip was a very handsome man wearing the same pendant as she. Had Memory finally found her mate in Marco Redwing? Or, was he just the devil in disguise?
Well, I must say that Ciana Stone has crafted a spectacular introduction to her Heart of Fire series with Memory’s Eye. I was completely captivated from the start eager to discover just how the story would unfold. And, Readers let me tell you that I was not disappointed! As a matter of fact, I can’t wait to get my greedy little hands on the next electrifying installment. Ms. Stone did a magnificent job of giving glimpses of the role of the villain which greatly peek my interest keen to discover more about him. The heroine and hero were both phenomenal characters that I enjoyed immensely. Their love scenes were hot and wickedly passionate. The plot flowed at a thrilling and rapidly smooth pace and the one compliant that I had was that ending came too quickly – I just wanted the story to go on and on and on.
