| Comtesse Amara de la Cortese walks in the footsteps of her parents and brother by running her kingdom with an iron fist. One Christmas Eve in 1507 the countess was imprisoned in a statue of stone by St. Nicholas until she could tell him the true meaning of love. She's down to her last chance when she meet Samantha Gamble and her father Nicholas. Can they teach her the meaning of love?
Stacia Wolf gives us one of those Christmas stories that helps anyone who's forgotten relearn the meaning of the holiday. Nick and Amara both learn what love and Christmas really mean because of one special little girl named Sami who is a true believer. The fact that Amara is able to take pieces of cloth and make a whole wardrobe by picturing what she wants is a distraction for all of us who never have enough closet space! The story is heartwarming. One of those that is sure to touch the reader¡s heart while giving us a perfect love story for any time of year.
