Kendra Lawrence isn’t sure what to expect of the Burton brothers when she is hired to renovate a cottage on their secluded estate. Rumors have surrounded the family for generations. Torral Burton contracted Kendra solely to fix the cottage, but as soon as they look into each others’ eyes, the attraction hits them like a punch in the stomach. But Torral’s family has a secret. They are dichotomies, or two siblings sharing the same body. Ryan, Torral’s nocturnal half is just as attracted to Kendra and believes she is their mate, but danger surrounds them. Will Kendra survive long enough to pursue a relationship?

When it comes to opening hooks, this book’s opening hook was subtle, yet effective. I was unable to put the book down until the very end. As a fan of Ms. Aubrey’s dichotomy books, I felt this book was well worth it. With such an interesting plot and intriguing characters, there was not a dull moment to be found. The plot was plausible, made perfect sense and kept my attention fixed on this story. The characters were fantastic. Complex individuals full of emotions. Torral and Ryan’s fear and desperation to keep Kendra safe is practically pouring off the pages. During many moments they put their fear aside and enjoy the more carnal delights of life. The sex scenes are plentiful and they are hot. The chemistry between these three is through the roof. Being with both Torral and Ryan allows Kendra to have her fill of both the sexually dominate Ryan and the sweetly sensual Torral. It’s the perfect sexual balance. What woman could ask for more? If you are looking for a book that has an attention-grabbing plot, fascinating characters and loads of smoking hot sex, go grab a copy of this book today. Be prepared to fan yourself.
