| Linda, Kat Wilson's neighbor in the condos, seems to find men so easily. Kat meets a great looking man with a personality to match while competing in a six mile run. Unlike Linda, Kat walks away, unsure whether or not she wants to start another relationship she feels would be doomed to fail. Taking it out of her hands, Linda placed an ad on Craigslist to get the two back together.
Nancy Lindquist does a fine job getting across the idea of Kat's insecurity about her body and relationships while still showing her as an efficient, self made woman in other areas of her life. So many readers will probably be able to relate. The tale is fun, funny, with some great dialogue, especially between the two friends. Eric Thompson is one of those characters many women wish they could find in their life no matter what their body shape. Ms. Lindquist gives us an excellent romance with one of those friendships thrown in that we all cherish if we have one.
