Zoe Zanardi suffers from blackouts. When she has blackouts she enters into a trance almost like sleepwalking. Upon awakening she finds that she has painted pictures of people and places she has never seen. After one such blackout she enters an antique shop where she purchases a bracelet. This bracelet is from 1971 and was worn by a family member of a person missing in action during the Vietnam War. She later finds that this bracelet belongs to her biological father. She is soon to meet Chad Stone, whose job is locating missing persons. Zoe feels that her father is alive and gets Chad to accompany her to Vietnam to begin her search. There is definitely chemistry between Zoe and Chad and as they spend time together on this dangerous mission they find that they are falling in love.

'Missing In Action,' by Pam Champagne is one of the best books I have read. It is filled with suspense and intrigue, along with a passionate romance. The paranormal aspect of the story with Zoe's psychic abilities and her link with the bracelet adds a thrilling aspect to the story. Even with Zoe's abilities that give her some of the story, there are secrets and danger all around. You never know which side someone is on until they act. Is it the USA or Vietnam that wants Zoe to quit searching for answers? The descriptions and perils of searching through Vietnam for a downed fighter pilot from the war play as a motion picture through the words of Pam Champagne. The romance is steamy and described through explicit details. The dialogue is well written and successfully conveys the thoughts and emotions of the characters.' Missing In Action,' is a creative story that has a lot to offer and will be enjoyed by many. For romance lovers as well as those that enjoy action and adventure this is a sure to become a favorite.
