Mary Winter continues this series about men turned action hero then men again with this enchanting story of Sawyer and Dean. Again the characters are well crafted as guys who each have some baggage from their past to cope with before they can build a relationship. Dean's ex was a thrill seeker. Even a near death experience couldn't stop him from trying for more and more dangerous thrills. Dean's afraid to get involved again because it hurts too much when it ends. Sawyer has his own fears. The two men have to put their past behind them before they can have a future. Ms. Winter does a great job using this fantasy couple to reflect what most new lovers have to cope with to have anything worthwhile. This is another great read from a gifted author.
