| Trust In The Season by Mandy M. Roth
Victoria Resa works in a job she hates...or maybe not her job but she despises her lecherous boss, Frank Hewitt, who continues to sexually harass her on a daily basis. The bad thing is she's so sexually frustrated that she almost considered taking her boss up on his proposition...almost. One night he badgers Victoria into staying at the office to help set up the Christmas party and corners her determined to force himself on her. Then a virtual stranger turns the tables on Frank and changes Victoria's life forever. The Christmas Curse by Michelle M. Pillow Every Christmas in Megan Sinclair's life has been marred by some kind of accident or tragic event. This year, The Christmas curse seems to be in full effect. Her boyfriend, Sean, just broke up with her by leaving her a note at their favorite restaurant. Expecting the worst, Megan visits her mom and stepdad to celebrate the holidays, but when Sean shows up for the holiday festivities, he is determined to show Megan that the Christmas curse is broken. This holiday duet from M&M, Mandy Roth and Michelle Pillow, is delightful and heartwarming. The authors both do an excellent job of putting the reader in the story so that the reader feels they are experiencing the story as it happens. The characters are all down-to-Earth and easy to relate to. My favorite of the duo was The Christmas Curse, largely because of its wry humor and interesting premise. I felt for the heroine and was adamantly hoping for an end to her curse. M&M Presents: Christmas is another excellent duo to read around the holidays or when you want to recapture the holiday spirit. Mandy Roth and Michelle Pillow make the holidays extra fun and I can't wait for their next holiday story.
