| In the Montana Territory in 1882, it wasn't unusual to have a marriage arranged by parents. However, Augusta Springer's father had never had time for her. The past ten years she had been shipped to Boston to a women's school. Now, since her brother died, her father had called her home. He was adamant that she would marry the man of his choice. She rebelled.
Joshua Bradley had loved Augusta from afar for years. He had built his home with her in mind. He lived his life considering marriage to her. He couldn't understand why she wanted to return to Boston rather than marry him. Joshua was determined to change her mind. Ms. Linda Morris has written a short book chocked full of story and plot. The fast-paced storyline was very interesting. It was poignant and still had a surprising ending. This was not a cookie-cutter book. It definitely had unexpected twists and turns. The sensuality was intense, but didn't overpower the storyline. I recommend this book to almost everyone. It was a good book with an interesting slant to the matter of arranged marriage. I believe it will be a hit and will be a great seller.
