| Riley Mason is not interested in a cowboy or a man, she only wishes a job. Even if she was lucky enough to ever find another trustworthy man again, he would have to agree to her and her daughter, Summer, as a complete package. When she accepts a job as a bookkeeper, at a huge isolated ranch, she quickly accepts the position. She will do anything to protect her four-year-old, and leaving Philadelphia for a new home in Montana will be a new start for her at the McCord Ranch. That was before her eyes made contact with Zane. Always considered on the wild side, Zane McCord left the ranch for a while but later returned home to stay. He plans to help his cousins search for lost McCord gold. He never expected to find someone like Riley to enter his life. Not only is he intrigued by her, but is certain something is amiss with her. Can he find a way to bring them closer to each other by finding out her secret, or will this be one woman that will never allow him near her heart?
Montana Glory is a refreshing story that takes the reader straight to the state of Montana. I like the assortment of different characters and their traits. They are fresh and lively, even the secondary players add a variety of zest. It was heartwarming the way Zane took up time with Summer. The contact between Riley and Zane lights up with chemistry throughout the pages. The nice intrigue with Riley's secret was a good addiction to the storyline. R.G. Ryan spins a tale of romance and thrilling suspense that keeps the reader engaged throughout. The writing is beautifully scripted entailing a close-knit family, some rugged cowboys, and an unforgettable cast sure to please.
