In 1943, 14-year-old Kathryn Whittaker finds out the hard way that the person most affected by divorce is usually the child. This book is enthralling in its emotional aspects, brilliant in its love story, and extremely thrilling with the mystery. This book is a who-done-it that keeps you guessing until the very end.
