Lady Megan is shocked when she hears that her mother expects her to play a harlot in order to marry the man chosen for her. She does not wish to be a pawn in a game where someone could very well get hurt, namely herself. She has no longing to marry a drunk like her father. When she meets a handsome man, she is sure he will be the one that her parents approve. Unfortunately her desires for this man are soon shaken when she learns his real identity. By then it is too late, and Megan is deeply in love with him. Will she accept the consequences or close her heart to real love?

Edmund Knight has lost everything because of one man, Megan’s father. After having met Megan, Edmund finds her completely irresistible and desires her beyond words. What better way to get back at her father, then to use his daughter as a pawn to claim what he has lost? One thing he never expected was to find a woman that meant more to him than anything.

Her Knight of Seduction is a cleverly written historical that immediately draws you into the story. Edmund and Megan are two wonderful characters that kept me turning the pages. I loved their quick-witted banter and how she matched repartee with him. I could almost hear Edmund whenever he spoke to Megan, his words practically dripping like velvet as they fell off his tongue. Ms. Campbell blends in enough secondary characters that make this an impeccable great book.

Ms. Campbell has written an incredible story. I did not want to put it down. There is intense drama around every corner that makes this a class act book to read. This book delivers in every sense of the word! This was my first book by Ms. Campbell and it will not be my last. Bravo to Ms. Campbell, for creating a masterpiece.
