| After catching her boyfriend cheating, Janice takes off to Reno for a relaxing getaway. She’s hoping to not only get lucky gambling, but to find a man to spend her vacation with. She meets Aaron and he treats her like a queen but her vacation is coming to an end. Aaron is living the dream, living in a nice house and he gets paid to pleasure women. But after meeting Janice, Aaron realizes his life is empty. Was Janice more than just a job?
I’ve never read a book like this one. The characters are profoundly unique and their internal struggles are genuine. This story focused heavily on sex. The sex scenes are prevalent and very enjoyable. Of course, with Aaron being a professional, I expected nothing less. However, what I wasn’t expecting was the touch of tenderness and the ability of the characters to have such deep emotions. You may think life as a gigolo must be great for Aaron, but as the reader you get to experience his emotions and his realizations when it comes to his career. Janice is a wonderfully strong and independent woman and she struggles when she starts to feel something for Aaron. While I did enjoy the story I was left with a feeling of not quite complete. I hope that we get to see more of Aaron and Janice in future books.
