After her home is broken into and almost everything destroyed, she finds the very object the vampires want. Knowing she can’t give it to them, and with no where left to turn, she finds her coworker Drew Montana and begs his help. Reluctant at first, he does agree to help her. But what help will a nerd be against vampires?

I found Drew to be very endearing. I enjoyed the way he and Phoebe interacted. I had some trouble with the plot because I didn’t find it very plausible, but I played along with it, and I’m glad I did. I really enjoyed reading about Drew and Phoebe falling for each other. The rest of the story wasn’t as important to me as their developing romance and path to discovery.
