The author does a wonderful job of maintaining a high level of sensuality, fire, and tender emotions between the couple while still keeping the reader firmly interested in the riveting plot. The added suspense will appeal to readers looking for twists and turns to their story.

The heroine is a believable, independent, and a determined woman who isn’t afraid to take all life has to offer. The hero is a sexy, tender, and lovable Alpha who is a man most women would love to have. The reader will be blown away with these complex characters. It's truly a delight to see Joe’s character get a second chance at love and be able to explore all of his passions and still find a deep and binding love. The secondary characters by being well developed add dimension to the plot.

If you are looking for a spicy read you won’t regret picking this up. This book is a pleasure to read and very satisfying on every level. Please note this book features characters from Necklace of Shame, but can be read as a stand-alone. Although this reviewer was so intrigued by the characters that I read Necklace of Shame and gained a little more insight to the characters and their pasts.
