While I did love this story the way that I have some of the ones that I have read, I know that there will be others out there that will, once they open the book, will be unable to put it down. Once I opened up and began reading, I found myself having some trouble following the storyline and plot, and was left with mixed feelings when I reached the end of the story. Ms. Glisan has made her characters interesting, turned them into real people, and I found myself wondering what Anita would do, and how she would handle whatever came next. While I was unable to put myself inside the story as I normally can, alongside the characters; I still enjoyed reading the story.

I will most likely be reading this story again, though when, I'm not sure. This is one of those books that will stay in the "To Be Read" folder. As a matter of fact, I actually read it a couple times before I wrote this review. Depending on their interests, I intend to recommend this book to some of my friends.
