Ezra is nineteen, going to school and still living at home. It all seems so "ordinary" to him. but Ezra is gay and what he really wants or needs from life is less ordinary. He yearns for a love you only read about in books. He meets Nick at a party. Ezra doesn't really believe in love at first sight but this just might be close to it.

This was a good story. It adds its own spin to the boy meets boy story but I just had trouble really getting into it. While the storyline is good and the characters are likeable, it was told from Ezra's point of view and maybe a third party point of view, it was hard to tell the way the dialogue ran. I do like to read about people finding love or instant attractions and this was no different. It was interesting to get a different perspective on a first meeting and what might be going through a guy's mind versus a girl. There are some m/m situations, but nothing to explicit and it is really kind of sweet, but it might not be for everyone. I think this would be a good book to bring back those memories of your first love.
