| Sophie met Sam at a bar in Mexico and after a hot and exciting brief time together, they parted and never expected to see each other again. After all, they both were keeping secrets from each other. However, Sophie's secrets have endangered her life and Sam is the only one she trusts to keep her and her unborn child safe. Unfortunately, now Sam is in danger as well as his family.
The second book in her KGI series displays once again the awesome talent this author has for drawing the readers in to the plot and not letting up until the very last page. The Kelly men and their friends are all alpha males yet Sam just might be the most alpha of all. His intense attraction to Sophie, even when he shouldn't have been attracted, shows us how deep his feelings for her really are. Their love scenes were just that, very intense and emotional so you didn't feel like they were just killing time with each other. Sophie stole the show though with her integrity and deep love for her unborn child. Their adventures keep the plot flowing smoothly and quickly and the dialogue will have you laughing and crying. I wanted to cry when the book ended because I was so involved in their lives. Character and plot driven, No Place To Run is mesmerizing, intense, emotional and a must read for romantic suspense fans. I can't wait for Hidden Away, the next book in the series which we get an excerpt for in the back of this one.
