| Ever since ending his menage relationship with two of his closest friends, Eric has been the king of one night stands no matter whether his partner is male or female. But one night out he runs into his ex's best friend, Stacy, who draws his attention like a moth to a flame and who soon has him changing his ways.
After breaking up with her long-term boyfriend, Stacy isn't looking to jump right into another relationship. Unfortunately though, she finds herself face to face with her best friend's ex, a man who she can clearly see is hurting from their break-up. Yet he's there to find his next conquest and has set his sights on her. After reading the previous book of this series that included Eric, I couldn't wait for this hero to star in his own book. And let me tell you, Notorious didn't disappoint. In fact, I'd have to say it's the best book yet in the Playing with Fire series by this author. The plot was adventurous with Eric playing the field and finding his next conquest until running into Stacy while the dialogue was fantastic in blending Eric's angst and Stacy's patient attitude when it came to Eric and relationships. The sex scenes were smoking hot, and although Eric had been with a lot of men, it was pleasing to see him end up with a woman especially after his last relationship was a ménage. What I enjoyed so much about Stacy was that she wasn't willing to give up on Eric, and cemented herself into his life with little effort. While with Eric, I liked his pursuit of a relationship with Stacy, although he had doubts that it could end in disaster like all his relationships in the past. In conclusion, this is a book I'll be reading again and again. Plus, it's made me eager to see if there will be any further books penned in this series and I can't wait if there are. Bring them on!
