Raina is on a mission to save her people. She discovers Hans during her travels and stops to treat his injuries. She can tell he is confused but she feels instinctively that she can trust him. Is he a gift from the goddess sent to help her in her mission, only time will tell?

Myths and Legends: Ocelot by Judy Mays is a fantastical and exciting adventure. Hans will find himself caught up in a battle that he had no part in to save people he never knew existed. His willingness to risk himself to save others will endear this character to the readers. The readers will be caught up in the excitement of the chase and the fear the guns that could quickly change the outcome of the story. Thrills and surprises lay in store for the reader. This is a fast paced storyline that flows smoothly and has a well defined plot. Readers will find themselves not wanting to stop once they begin reading, so be sure to set aside some time just for reading.

The relationship between Hans and Raina begins rather passionately. But the longer they are together the stronger the emotions that develop. The cat is such an important role in this story and I was happy that the characters had to deal with their feelings and how they relate to the fact that Raina is a shape-shifter. Hans must also deal with his feelings about mating with someone so close to an animal in nature. It is good that Hans has a dominating personality to begin with for he will find this necessary in keeping his mate. There are numerous explicitly graphic scenes to delight and stimulate the imagination of the readers. Readers are encouraged to check out this latest book in the Myths and Legends series, Ocelot by Judy Mays for the excitement and passion they are sure to be entertained.
