Max was in England visiting relations and feeling out of place. He had gone to the pub remembering to leave his cowboy hat and boots at home this time. He was trying to blend in and be left alone. He had just settled into a corner with a drink when something brightly colored and tinkling slipped behind him to hide in the shadows. This was how Max first met Morgan. After the trouble passes Max and Morgan get to know one another. There is instant chemistry that leads to passion and more, but danger is ever lurking nearby. Together they will have to face the danger if they want to remain together.

Oil and Water is a wonderful romance filled with intrigue and passion. These two very interesting characters find that although their personalities are so very different, they have a lot in common. The first is the feeling of attraction that they share. Their time together is passionate and their encounters are described through the steamy hot words of BA Tortuga. Explicitly described, the scenes play out vividly in the reader's mind while reading. But it is not just sex between the two. It is easy to see that their hearts are involved. It is wonderful what lengths someone will go to for the person they love. Max bravely faces the danger that confronts Morgan. There is daring action and excitement that is thrilling to read. Max finds in Morgan a freedom to be wild and enjoy life. When reading about Morgan's life the reader will be able to see why he makes the most of enjoying his freedom. These are two characters that are easy to care about and the story will grab at the reader's emotions. I recommend, Oil and Water to readers that enjoy a heartfelt passionate and adventurous romance.
