Rosaline decided that attending one of her boss's parties for the preternatural community as a human server and possible plaything was a great way to safely play along the edge of danger. What she never expected was to find someone who drew her like no one else ever had. But then again Sebastian is a demi-god so maybe that's to be expected. Can she really believe that Sebastian is interested in her for more than just no strings pleasure? It's pretty hard to imagine that he may want Rosaline for more, but for some reason her heart keeps trying to tell her just that.

This was a fun book to read, and it gives a brief glimpse into a really interesting world that I can't wait to read more of. The first half is definitely all about the sex which I was thoroughly enjoying and then about halfway into the book you start to see the emotional potential between Rosaline and Sebastian. As hot as the sex is, for me it's the idea of matchmaking for lifemates that will draw me to read more of the series. My only complaint is that I really wanted the story to last longer. I felt like I was just getting to know the characters and the world and suddenly it was done.
