I enjoyed this paranormal romance story. This is a fast-paced story that kept me stuck to my chair. I wanted to know if they had a chance at making things work between them. I liked Lorna. She is portrayed as being headstrong and with a strong sense of honor. Who else would go to Alaska and almost freeze to death because of a promise she made to her grandfather. I loved Voss. He's such a tease. He just loved to make Lorna squirm, but in a good way. He enjoyed being with the woman he loved, and there was not a single doubt because for him there was no one else even if they were in a room full of people Lorna is who held all of his attention. The love scenes between them are melting hot. This story contains very explicit love scenes and language.
