Laurel Stevens knows that the success of the Lunera exhibition would make sure that she got the promotion, which would take her back home to the states.  And it should have been simple, especially with her organization and professionalism. But she never imagined the impact Spanish artist Alejandro Lunera would have on her life.  The chemistry between them is explosive, but she knows she can't let that affect her work. After all, with her hopefully moving back home and his reputation, this can't be more than a fling. Can it?

Overall, I really ended up enjoying this book, so it was well worth the little bit of effort to get into it.  Laurel and Alejandro really heat up the pages right from their very first meeting.  And I have to admit I really wish I could see the exhibit that the author was describing, it sounds amazing. She really does a wonderful job describing the art and the feelings the art inspires.  My only small issue with the book is that if felt a tiny bit split. The first half was strictly sex, basically with a little set up for the story. But then towards the middle you start to see a nice love story forming.  Oh and I also would consider this work as a contemporary romance since the only BDSM is one small part with a spanking and that's not even between the main characters.
