| Damon is in a relationship with a man that he's beginning to think may be Mr. Right. Yukihara attracts him like no other, and Damon has been finding himself thinking about nothing but being with Yuki lately. As a matter of fact, they are due to go on a trip and Damon is feeling like he may want to commit to him by the end of it. But Damon isn't sure that Yuki feels the same way. Could it be that Yuki needs something from Damon that he can't give?
Damon and Yuki never really felt like a couple that was madly in love to me. I'm not quite sure why, but the feelings and interactions didn't quite have the spark that I'm used to with Mya's books. There was plenty of sex and a somewhat complicated problem that they needed to work out, but the attraction between the two sometimes (not always) didn't feel as strong as it could be. Yuki was an intriguing character that had a lot of his own issues to work out. Damon was sometimes struggling to understand what was required of him from Yuki and not really sure that he liked doing what was asked of him. I never really felt like dominant behavior was his thing, or even that he was truly a dominant, maybe that's why the attraction between the two sometimes didn't work for me. The story is fast paced and definitely will keep you on your toes, and overall it was a wonderful story about two people learning to deal with each other's emotional needs.
