| Daniel Tanner and Amy Morgan had been platonic best friends for years and years; through each other’s love lives, ups, downs, and everything in between, they had always been available to the other. For others, it might seem strange; for those two, life could not get any better…until Daniel changed his mind. He started working on a wing of the hospital for children with cancer. It forever changed his life and he decided that it was time for him to grow up and take responsibility for his relationships, including the one with Amy. He had loved her for years, but had forced himself to remain steadily her friend who would always be around, just not as part of a couple.
Amy had watched Daniel go through relationships quite rapidly; three months was as long as he could stay interested. He had serious commitment problems. She loved him, but she was so glad she was not in love with him! Of course, as his best friend, she was willing to help him anytime he needed her assistance. When a female doctor started stalking him, she agreed to appear to be his girlfriend to discourage a beautiful pediatrician, Leona Ramsey. Wherever Daniel showed up, Leona would be close. It was almost freaky! But Daniel’s kisses were unbelieveable! Ms. Jessica Dee has written a wonderfully funny, slightly painful existence into this pair who would be a couple! She uses various aspects of their on-going relationship, as well as their differences, to plot the story with vigor and vitality which kept me glued to my seat until the very end! I seriously loved this story. To watch Daniel and Amy go around in circles trying to figure out their relationship makes a great read! I recommend it highly!
