Cam and Philip were in the group of men sent to Space Station One to build a sustainable colony on that planet, and now finally they have the chance to start families on their new home with the arrival of the female colonists. Cam and Philip were immediately drawn to Lacy, just as she was to them so they're all thrilled when it's them she chooses. In fact, they're all settling into their new lives incredibly well, at least until they go to town for supplies and Lacy learn Cam has asked about another woman. Suddenly she's questioning her decision and Cams not helping when he draws away due to his own worries about Lacy's safety on this still unknown planet. Can they come back together and really become the family that they're all looking for in this new and mysterious place, or will their doubts and fear cause a permanent rift between the three of them?

This was definitely a very intriguing start to a new series. I really enjoyed the three main characters, and it was a fun to watch their relationship develop. I also really loved the concept of a relatively small group of colonists starting a new world. My only small complaint is that I really wanted to know more about how the colony got started and built into the small town and farms it was before the women arrived. But I can understand that that would have been a whole different type of book since there were only men, so I'm hoping that we get glimpses of that in future stories. I just know I”m going to have to watch for the next ones, cause along with wanting to know more about this world, Ms. Monroe also writes great sex scenes between the main characters that were a real treat to read.
