| In this anthology of many tales, by different authors, we are educated in the different kinds of Soul Mates and the profound effect they can have on a person's life. Whether it be as a friend a lover. or even a parent, soul mates can be found spiritually anywhere. This book tells the stories of people who have met their soul mates and found an inner peace through the relationship.
In the Part One section is The Drifters where a woman dreams of a man who fate is destined to bring into her life. In Souls Entwined we are shown how soul mates can be a family member. Gina, the Mirror and Me, deals with a woman who has visions in a mirror of past lives. Time Will Tell is a poignant story of paths crossing continuously but never quite at the right time, leaving the question in the air of whether all soul mates are meant to be together. This train of thought is followed in Soul Mates Forever, as two people can't quite connect except for brief interludes. Love Can Wait features two people meant to be together but wait till the later part of their lives, till their families are grown and they can take up a new chapter and life together. Part Two deals with Karmic Soul Mates and the story My Hero about two friends who are bound to the end by love and respect. This is a sad but realistic look at life. Back With Eli is a touching story of a lost pet and reincarnation. One after the other the stories unfold, charming the reader, evoking emotions of happiness, sadness, tragedy and love found in the most unusual ways. Because of the many number of stories in this nonfiction anthology I touched on points from only some of the tales. The collection is varied, from romantic to poignant, to sad, and many in-between. Some will stir your soul and others bring a smile. There are a good many poems throughout the volume to help set the mood. For a reflective read, this book is perfect to bring thought to the notion that soul mates really do exist.
