This short story, while being very sensual, delivers quite an emotional punch. I was left with a warm feeling of true love conquering all. Ava's insecurities were legitimate yet Landon made her feel invincible. Landon was the alpha of their pack and he deserved it not only for his brawn but also his compassion and intelligence. He was definitely a true hero! The pacing was smooth and the plot progressed quickly. Ava's brothers and Landon's sister were great secondary characters and I can't help but wonder if they will get their own stories in the future. The sexual tension was very evident and the sex scenes were very physical, super hot and very erotic. This was a great story that grabbed my attention right off with Ava's attitude and didn't let up until the very end.
