close to Kael, both men really consider what is most important to them. I love this series and this addition is just as lovely as the ones before. It's not a stand alone, but best read as part of the series. You will get a much better understanding of the characters and what makes them tick. Kael and Angel are perfection together. I love the author's depiction of the Daddy/Boy BDSM lifestyle. It's written genuinely and as realistic as it gets. If you find this type of relationship off-putting this isn't the book for you. There's violence and certain sexual acts that might offend so be warned. Apart from that the book is compelling, intense and easily one of the most interesting stories I've read. The characterization of both main characters is so finely tuned to give you optimal enjoyment and keep you glued to the story. The supporting characters are equally well written. I'm hoping the author has more stories planned because Angel is coming into his own and Kael's past has caught up to the present. A fabulous story that I highly recommend.
