| Karen Gabriel and her friend Shelley decide a day of fun in the sun at the wave pool is long past due. When Karen takes a hard hit to the head in the crowded pool, a handsome man comes to save the day. Will he be exactly what she has been missing? Or just another reason to give up on men?
Stars in Her Eyes is the perfect thing for people on the go who need a little romance break. The characters are modern everyday people with jobs and worries. Karen is the perfect example of an average everyday woman. She has given up on looking for Mr. Right, and has decided to focus on buying her first house, when in walks Spense. The dialogue throughout the story was appropriate, with the thoughts and personalities being a perfect match. The plot flows nicely, and does not take you far into their relationship. It just sets the stage for your imagination to take over. I enjoyed reading Beverly Breton's story of a day at the pool turned magical beginning. I recommend this story to anyone looking for a sweet romantic story.
