Stupid Cupid is a trilogy of short stories by Rayka Mennen, Liz Hunter, and Phyllis Campbell.

Oops by Rayka Mennen
Vince Anderson wants a dependable assistant who at least knows which way the pen writes. Leena McKay needs a job to pay her mortgage and keep her house. Leena is bright and smart until her sister casts a crazy spell her way, making her clumsy. Vince needs a place to stay but with Leena as his landlady, his assistant, and a witch, does he really have a chance with her when his heartstrings are stirring her way? He gets more than he bargained for with Leena.

What happens when a witch is struck by a zany spell? For one thing she becomes extremely awkward, and that leads to an attraction that explodes for her and her boss. This is a very sweet story. It had me hooked from the first page. With believable characters and a good plot, Ms. Mennen has written a story captivating and entertaining.

Crazy Cupid by Phyllis Campbell
Kenya Whitaker is a fashion designer who is enjoying a glass of champagne when she steps outside and hears someone near one of the bushes. When the man happens to ask about her father, she figures it is just another fan of her father's writing. Quite the contrary, he states he is from the future and needs her help.

Crazy Cupid is a story filled with sensual desire and suspense. The intriguing plot will have you on the edge of your seat. The characters are in-depth and the passion between Kenya and Eli smolders like a slow burning candle. The secondary characters are well rounded and blend in well. Ms. Campbell is a gifted writer who has composed a story that is a page-turner and satisfies to the end.

Dang Crooked Arrow by Liz Hunter
Tara Avery knew Harrison Howard was a playboy the minute she set eyes on him. Of course, she had four children with her at the time, and he never paid any attention to her until something peculiar happened when their eyes suddenly met... and it was like an arrow to the heart.

Is it possible for two soul mates to find each other and that lasting love? If Cupid has his way with his zigzagging arrow he intends to make sure this incompatible couple finds that love. Even though Tara and Henry are different than night and day, they have a chemistry they cannot deny. Good dialogue, great characters and a smooth flowing storyline makes this story a delight. Ms. Hunter wrote such a great story that I could almost smell the flowers when she and the children entered the floral shop.

Stupid Cupid's Valentine anthology has three incredible stories full of romance and charm. With the talents of Rayka Mennen, Phyllis Campbell and Liz Hunter, readers will not be disappointed. Anticipation, indifference, and passionate magnetism are just a few seasonings to toss into the pot to produce true love in three tantalizing stories that are truly engaging.
