| Sweet Caroline is a wonderful read about finding love when you last expect it. Buck finds Caroline in the local tool store and can't help but come to her rescue. Coming off of a bad marriage and divorce Caroline does not see herself as beautiful and sexy but Buck plans on changing that.
I really enjoyed seeing all the changes that Caroline goes through in taking back control of her own self worth after her divorce. She is a strong woman and shows that in her willingness to share with Buck yet still being able to stand on her own two feet. Buck is a wonderful man who loves with all his heart once he finds the right woman and he thinks that Caroline might just be her. The two make a great couple playing off of each other very well. With only a short time to be together Buck and Caroline make the most of it and find themselves fighting feelings that they never knew were there. Add in Derek Caroline's ex who is still fresh on her mind as well as showing up at the house and trying to mess with her confidence and the chaos ensues. Caroline is a great heroine I loved seeing her confidence soar as she takes her life back and her willingness to share her wants with a new man she likes. Buck is a good man as well. Willing to let Caroline set the pace and enjoying her for as long as he can even knowing that their time is limited. When the two find that their feelings run deeper than just having fun the two must face them or loose the one chance at finding a happy ever after. With characters that are full of depth and emotions this is a book that should be on everyone's to be read pile.
