| Amy Dellacroix is an anthropology graduate trying to make ends meet by waiting tables and teaching college courses, as they are available to her. After she is kidnapped, she learns about a new sport, hunting women. Groups of rich men sign up to "hunt" naked women. Amy is shocked and terrified, but her intelligence and moxy come into play and Amy turns the tables on the hunters. The plot thickens as the "prey" fights back and the hunters' prides are slashed.
This book pleasantly surprised me. From the summary, I expected cheap erotica. Yet, the idea of men hunting women intrigued me. To my surprise there were actually very few intimate scenes and those were tastefully done. I liked that the hunters were introduced individually. Learning about each of their personal lives gave me more of a connection to them. However, beyond the "hunt" there is virtually no plot. The ending felt more like the author ran out of pages than the book was actually completed. After finishing the book, I had many questions about what happened to the hunters and the man who was arranging the hunts himself.
