Jillian Delaney just lost a promotion at the library where she'd been working. She quit her job in disgust. She decided to take a vacation. She had been doing volunteer work with the local senior center and was eligible to go on the bus tour for the Spring Fling, a trip to Orlando. Debra Cooper, a newcomer to town, had just joined the senior center and signed up for the trip to Orlando. She was a widow and asked the center if she could bring along her son Ethan. They said yes. Sparks fly immediately between Jillian and Ethan. The bus made a stop to check the air in the tires and Jillian and Ethan got left behind when they went to the restroom and no one noticed they were missing from the bus. They were stranded and decided to work together to catch up with their tour group. Their plan was complicated by the fact that they didn't like each other. A series of adventures and mishaps result and it starts to look like the couple might catch up with their group. They never expected handcuffs.

The characters of Jillian and Ethan are very, very entertaining. Both are like people I know. Jillian is one of those people who travels through life under a black cloud. She means well but chaos seems to follow her around. Ethan is a fairly rigid individual. He doesn't handle change well, much less chaos. He finds Jillian infuriating. It creates a lot of humor when those two are thrown together and have to rely on each other to get out of the mess they find themselves in. They consider having a vacation fling. The possibilities of passion and love are very surprising. Will each of them give love and trust a chance? This book is an entertaining story with great humor. I recommend it to everyone.
