I liked the premise of this story and hoped for something a little different than I actually got. The story developed nicely and I did enjoy the byplay between the main characters. There's a nice dose of sensuality without explicit or graphic sex. I'm a fan of Ms. Eason's writing but I just couldn't connect to Lili and Damon. Their chemistry is lukewarm at best and I never really felt part of the story. All in all it was a nice way to pass an afternoon but it just didn't stay with me.
