Dana and Nicole Newcombe were identical twins…their looks were identical, except for a discrepancy in bust size for Nicole. Nicole was a super model, a beautiful dresser, who would take a man’s breath away; Dana was less outgoing, a scientist whose study at MIT was concerning unknown planets.

Dana was dating an intelligent businessman, Max Wilder, whose brother, Colton, had previously dated Nicole. When Nicole had a facial peal, she escaped to Boston from L.A. to keep anyone from seeing her face less than perfect. Nicole did not like Max; he was too stuffy. Nicole bet Dana that Max would not know the difference if they swapped places and Nicole went on Dana’s date. Gullible Dana agreed to the charade and Nicole met Max. Meanwhile, Colt showed up at Dana’s home looking for Nikki; he knew quickly which twin was which. When they went out to eat, Max and Nicole showed up at the same place. Max still did not know he was with the wrong twin. Dana broke up with Max later that evening agreeing they were not meant for each other if Max didn’t even know who she was. Of course, there was that “incident” in the elevator with Colt to consider.

Fast forward a few months and Dana and Colt were both required to participate in the wedding for Nicole and Max. Both Dana and Colt were very uncomfortable with the marriage and with each other. This excellent book chronicles the exploration of their relationship both during and after the marriage of Nicole and Max. How did they end up traveling by train to Boston and Louisville, Kentucky?

Ms. Suz deMello skillfully presents the saga of the Newcombe twins and the Wilder brothers in an excellent and playful way. There are no sluggish parts to the book; it is very fast-paced and humorous. The sexual activity is very explicit but not offensive and the language is brusque. I heartedly recommend this book. It is a different concept than the norm which makes it even more appealing.
