| Dia has set her mind to get past her divorce and devote a whole year just to her sexual fulfillment. Then again things happen that do not always make it possible for her affairs to go as planned. So with the Chinese Zodiac sign of the Year of the Cock, Dia is about to unleash the beast inside her, so to speak. Dia is determined to go after what she desires in life, at any costs. She begins by composing everything in her retro-journal and telling her sister, Theresa, about her plans, right along with her adventures for everyone to read. As a divorcee she decides to play out all her sexual fantasies while exploring within safe boundaries. In all her situations, she learns to play it careful so not to fall into any danger as she starts off her Sex to Do List to get the ball rolling. And when she happens to stumble into Jim, fireworks really heat the surface.
Year of the Cock (And I Don’t Mean Rooster) is a comical read that is highly erotically charged. The title alone tells that the book contains lots of sex. The story flows smoothly and the character appears to have her head on straight and knows what she is doing. Dia has the reader laughing out loud one minute then practically in shock the next. She uses issues to touch off such things as weight, work, relations and self-esteem, to name a few, that make the first book in the series something quite unusual. She creates believable momentum to a sharp storyline as she allows her character to come alive and live life to the fullest.
