“This is the follow up to Mystic Mountains, following the story of the early settlers in Australia in the 1800s…I loved this book just as much as I did the first. I couldn’t guess how the book was going to end there were that many twists and turns on Rem’s journey…I can only hope this means there will be a third book in the series. Highly recommended.”

5 stars By Liz Gavin on August 9, 2016
“This is the first book by Tricia McGill that I’ve read but it surely won’t be the last one. She delivers a fun and truly romantic story in this A Heart in Conflict…I fell in love with Georgie and Steve’s story right from the start. I loved her youthful spirit so in contrast to his somber one and it was delightful to see her gradually winning him over to the bright side of life, so to speak… There’s also an undeniable chemistry between them that leaves the reader breathless in the best sense possible. Plus, the build-up of their relationship is believable yet steamy. Kudos to the author! I recommend this fast-paced, quick read for all readers looking for some romantic fun.”

“Maddie and the Norseman begins in modern day York. I really enjoyed the description which takes place in Maddie’s dream. “Light and slender, the body of the ship gave way with the movement of the sea…When I reached the last pages with a satisfying ending, I wanted to read more.
