“I have been a fan of the “Promise Me” series since book one! The female lead is a strong, independent, woman which I think is what caught my attention first. (Of course the hot, sexy vamps & shifters don’t hurt! lol). I think we all like to hope the best for the ‘most damaged’ of characters–the ones who are just totally screwed up on the outside but you know there is GOOD somewhere in there–& that is Lash! I am such a Vampire whore that I never thought my favorite ‘man’ would be a ‘snake’!-lol. Although, I do want to slap Sar sometimes because Boo freakin Hoo, you have FOUR men in love with you & you are complaining about it AND you have the nerve to get jealous of any of them??!! Totally nothing to do with your writing Tara, because if it was me in Sar’s position–I would act the SAME freakin way!! LOL. It is kind of like a man/woman reverse thing; a lot of men like to dangle multiple women at one time but they want them to be faithful to ONLY them! You are the first writer I have seen to handle a relationships in this way; with a woman as the main focus! Woop!
